2. The URL(s) of the page(s) on KoiArcade.
3. A description of the work you believe is infringed.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to review valid requests within 2 business days and remove or disable the content where appropriate. Developers can also ask us to remove a game for any reason.
